River Cities Humane Society for Cats is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that relies entirely on donations, fundraising events, and adoption fees. We’ve been rescuing, sheltering, and rehoming cats in Ouachita Parish and beyond for over 30 years, assisting more than 15,000 cats and kittens to date. Our annual Tails at Twilight event is our largest fundraiser of the year. Halloween-themed costume gala featuring food, drinks, music, a silent auction, and raffle.
